
Performance Characteristics
1、High precision spindle
This machine adopts a high rigidity lathe head. The front bearing of the main shaft is a double row cylindrical roller bearing plus thrust angular contact ball bearing. The rear bearing also uses a double row cylindrical roller bearing. This kind of main extraction bearing configuration makes the whole spindle set have a high rigidity, and is suitable for the high rigidity and high precision CNC lathe required for strong cutting.
2、Bed structure
High rigid cast iron and resin sand process are adopted. The overall structure of the lathe bed is characterized by smooth chip removal, compact structure and beautiful appearance.
3、Turret way
The new servo turret makes the repeated tool change error to be the minimum ± 3um, the tool change is fast and accurate, and the processing time can be greatly saved.
4、High precision feed
Full servo drive is adopted for each axis of feed, which adopts Taiwan’s new generation system drive and motor, and Taiwan Yintai linear guide rail to ensure the machining accuracy and long-term accuracy maintenance. The repeated positioning accuracy of each axis of feed is less than ± 5um
5、Efficient processing
The rapid movement of X axis can reach 25 m/min, and the rapid movement of Z axis can reach 25 m/min, with high-precision hydraulic rotary cylinder and precision Taiwan Thousand Island Chuck. It improves the ability of cutting ductile materials and powerful cutting.
6、Strong cooling
High power and powerful cooling pump greatly improves part cutting. 1-4 cooling pipes can be installed according to customer requirements, with good cooling performance.
